A magistrate In Delaware County’s juvenile court will decide in coming days whether a 14-year-old Muncie boy will stand trial for murder and robbery as an adult. According to the Star Press, the juvenile — who will observe his 15th birthday in late October — is one of six local residents implicated in the Aug. 14 slaying of 15-year-old Latajohne Phillips.
