A 14-year-old Muncie boy on Tuesday was formally charged with murder and three other crimes stemming from a 15-year-old’s shooting death. The Star Press reports hours after Robert L. Wilson was formally waived into adult court, Delaware County Prosecutor Eric Hoffman’s office formally charged the teenager with murder, robbery resulting in serious bodily injury, conspiracy to commit robbery and obstruction of justice.
