A Delaware County man stands charged with stealing a box truck loaded with booze outside Cheers Tavern in Muncie. Police say 39 year old Beau Thomas Burchel is charged with auto theft, resisting law enforcement and driving while suspended. The Star Press reports he was caught late last week after a foot chase on N. Shrine Drive.
