Muncie police officers were searching a reportedly stolen vehicle when they uncovered a grenade in a backpack leading to the bomb squad being called and businesses being evacuated. FOX 59 reports 38 year old Randal Bruce Moon Jr of Indianapolis was arrested in connection to the incident on preliminary charges of auto theft and possession of paraphernalia. The search happened on Madison Street involving a U-Haul pickup truck that was reported stolen Wednesday.
