A Muncie mother was arrested this week after city police reported finding rotten food and a large number of insects in her northside apartment. According to the Star Press, 22 year old Alexus Shyanne Sutliff was taken into custody early Monday after officers reported finding unsanitary conditions — and two young children — in her home at an apartment complex in the 3900 block of North Everett Road.
