The Greater Muncie Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce Mr. Thomas Kinghorn has been selected as the recipient of the 2024 Legacy Award. MuncieJournal.com reports the award will be presented at the Legacy Dinner on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Horizon Convention Center.
