A man is under arrest in connection with a break in at a mobile home in New Castle. Police say they found items stolen from that property in the residence of 33 year old Stephan Barrett, who lives in the same mobile home park. He’s charged with burglary, possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance and three counts of theft.
