Thursday night the Anderson Public Library was honored by the Madison County Chamber at their annual Awards Celebration. The library was recognized for 145 years of serving the community. Several awards recognizing the efforts of individuals were presented, including the first ever Chamber President’s Award, handed to award to Mike Chandler, Food and Beverage director for Harrah’s Hoosier Park in Anderson.
