A former murder suspect is now facing attempted murder charges in a separate case. FOX 59 reports according to Indiana’s online court reporting system, 18 year old Aytae A. Seals of Muncie has been preliminarily charged with two Level 1 and two Level 5 Felonies, including attempted murder, criminal recklessness and battery by means of a deadly weapon.
