A Muncie teen whom police say was intoxicated behind the wheel is facing charges in an October crash. 19 year old Isaiah Gillmer , police say, was driving a 1997 Mazda Miata MX5 when it crashed into a home in the 1100 block of South Burlington Drive. A passenger in his car was seriously hurt.
