A Muncie man faces sentencing April 11th after striking a deal with prosecutors and agreeing to plead guilty to a charge stemming from an an interstate drug-related conspiracy. 31 year old Lance McGee is pleading guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver controlled substances. The charge carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in federal prison.
