A Muncie man was arrested Sunday in a shooting two blocks east of City Hall. According to the Star Press, 31 year old
Jeffrey David Hardrick Jr. is charged with attempted murder, aggravated battery, criminal recklessness and unlawful carrying of a handgun, in connection with a man shot in the leg in the 300 block of East Gilbert Street.
