Anderson Board Votes To Order Demo Of Apartment Complex Building Damaged By Fire

The Anderson Board of Public Safety has voted to order the owners of the Bingham Square Apartments to demolish a building damaged by fire. The board has approved the request to order Property Resource Associates to demolish at their cost the “J” building that was badly damaged in a May 2022 fire, reports the Herald Bulletin. The board had voted in November to condemn the building. The owners have 10 days to file an appeal.
