Testimony is underway in the trial of a Delaware County man charged with killing his neighbor. 30 year old Cy Erik Alley is charged with murder in the shooting death of Gerald Lee Copley in August of last year. The Star Press reports defense attorneys Vincent Walker and Ron Smith are pursuing an insanity defense.
