50 year old Ceasar Curtis has formally been charged with murder in the death of his wife. 46 year old Marcia Curtis had last been seen September 1st until her body was found at and abandeoned property in southeastern Delaware County. If convicted, Curtis could face 45 to 65 years in prison.
