The Muncie and Delaware County Visitors Bureau (MVB) proudly announces Titus Hill as the County Student Ambassador for Ball State University’s newly launched Ambassador program. MuncieJournal.com reports the student-to-student program consists of Ball State student representatives from each of Indiana’s 92 counties in order to encourage peers and other students to engage, learn, and experience the positive benefits the area offers.
