Andrew Hacker and Chris Horner have been selected as Muncie Community Schools’ (MCS) primary and secondary Teachers of the Year, respectively, for the 2022-23 school year. MuncieJournal.com reports Hacker is a Fine Arts teacher at North View elementary school. Horner teaches the Fire & Rescue and EMT programs at the Muncie Area Career Center (MACC).
