The two and three-bedroom apartment complex Riverbend Flats is seeing units go fast. The Star Press reports the apartments, some of which are not entirely finished, were already at 15% occupancy Tuesday. The Muncie Mission will serve to help tenants obtain any other available services the tenants would need going forward.
