A New Castle woman is accused of offering city police officers a $2,000 bribe. The Star Press reports 31 year old Katy Lynn Duncan was arrested after New Castle police were sent to a reported family fight in the 500 block of North 11th Street. Officers said Duncan struggled with them at the scene, and was being taken into custody for disorderly conduct when she offered them cash to “just her let go.”
