Police have now identified a Muncie man fatally shot early Wednesday in a home near Heekin Park on the city’s south side. According to the Star Press, 29 year old Tristan Nathaniel Twilley Jr. was pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting, in the 1300 block of East 10th Street, between Blaine and Penn streets. No word on suspects in the case.
