Daleville Elementary Has Plans To Go Solar

Daleville Elementary School has plans to go solar in an effort to save money. A field of three rows of panels, fencing, gravel and other project costs were estimated at $334,000 and would be paid for with the Rainy Day Fund. The board approved a resolution to spend not more than $350,000 on the field. The district spends an average of about $17,000 per month for the elementary school.
