DWI charges face a member of Gaston Town Council. 48 year old Brett A. Ellison, on January 22nd, rear ended a vehicle with his pickup on the 8900 block of West Delaware County Road 850-N. Police say Ellison smelled of alcohol and had slurred speech, and told investigators he “did not see the vehicle he crashed into prior to the collision .”
