Two class-action lawsuits filed against Muncie-based Accutech Systems Corp. have been settled ahead of trial. The Star Press reports the two federal class action lawsuits, one in California and another in Indiana, resulted from a data breach in August 2021 that exposed personal and financial information for more than 39,000 people.
