A sentencing hearing for former Muncie Police officer Chase Winkle has been pushed back from early next month to late June. Winkle in December pleaded guilty to 11 charges — five counts of depriving arrestees of their constitutional rights by physically abusing them, and six counts of obstruction of justice, reports the Star Press.
