A sheriffs deputy attending the Devin Myers triple murder trial says he overheard the defendant telling someone in the court gallery, “I’ll put you in a bag, too.” Now, Delaware County Prosecutor Eric Hoffman is asking Judge Thomas Cannon Jr. to provide him with a copy of a recording — and also a transcript — of Tuesday’s hearing to determine if what Myers said amounted to an incriminating statement.
