An Eaton man behind bars on a domestic battery charge made no arrangements for his dogs to be fed and sheltered and now he’s facing charges for that. 29 year old Devin R. Townsend was charged with three counts of cruelty to an animal. When polic went to his home, they found three dogs abandoned for four days without food or water and living in deplorable conditions.
