The trial date for Richard Allen, the accused killer of Libby German and Abby Williams in Delphi on Feb. 13, 2017, is set for the week of March 20. The Star Press reports Special Judge Frances Gull scheduled the week-long trial, according to online court records. However, it is common for trials to be postponed several times before a jury actually hears a defendant’s case.
