It appears speed was a factor in a motorcycle crash that claimed the life of a New Castle man. It happened Sunday night on the 2700 block of East Brown Road. A motorcycle which had been eastbound, left the roadway on a curve and flipped several times, 45 year old Eric Neal, the driver, was pronounced dead at the scene.
