Neglect charges face a Muncie mother accused of forcing her pre-teen son to leave her southside home, locking the door and telling the child to not return. Police say it happened Tuesday evening and the boy had no shoes or a coat. The Star Press reports 33 year old Margaret Lovelle Dely was preliminarily charged with neglect of a dependent. She was released from the Delaware County jail after posting a $5,000 bond.
