A former reserve deputy with the Henry County Sheriff’s Department has been indicted by a federal grand jury investigating allegations of excessive force against an ex-New Castle police officer. According to the Star Press, 25 year old Adam Guy is charged with witness tampering. He is accused of knowingly making false statements to an Indiana State Police trooper investigating allegations against Aaron Jason Strong.
