Muncie man arrested Wednesday is accused of providing the drugs that led to the June overdose death of a local addiction recovery activist. According to the Star Press, 40 year old Anthony Wayne Tiller is preliminarily charged with dealing in a controlled substance resulting in death. Police say Teller sold drugs to 58 year old Brian K. Bell Sr. who died as a result of an overdose on June 18.
