A 19 year old Muncie man is charged in another teen’s shooting. Police say Edgar Harrell is charged with robbery resulting in serious bodily injury. The Star Press reports he was arrested Saturday after city police responded to a report of a shooting at his home, in the 500 block of North Wolfe Street, where the victim was found on the ground suffering from two gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital for treatement.
