Police say they have video footage showing a Muncie man fatally shooting a Marion teenager early Saturday. The Star Press reports 21 year old Malek Savon Williams is preliminarily charged with murder and criminal recklessness in the death of 19 year old Que’ Aundre Johnson along University Avenue. The men apparently talked for about a minute before Williams pulled a handgun and fired, say police.
