A dog attack that left a 17 year old girl with major facial injuries has resulted in charges against a Muncie woman who owns the dog. 25 year old Jacklynn Swafford is charged with neglect of a dependent in the incident at a home on the 1400 block of West Ninth Street back in January involving a pit bull. The victim has undergone several surgeries since.
