The Muncie Redevelopment Commission is accepting bids on 22 separate lots for single-family homes in the city’s own housing development, Storer Estates, which will feature a total of 34 lots. The Star Press reports the size of the lots varies and minimum bid prices for the lots are $31,250, $32,750 and $33,750 depending on the desirability of the homesite.
