Former Muncie Sanitary District administrator Nikki Grigsby has reported to a federal lock up in Lexington, Kentucky. She’s serving a year long sentence after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud, following accusations that she steered MSD contracts to the business of a co-defendant, contractor Tony Franklin, in exchange for bribes.
