Anderson police say a man dressed in black and wearing a black mask is the reported gunman in a shooting late Sunday night. Police were dispatched at 10:35 p.m. Sunday to the intersection of 14th Street and Ohio Avenue for a shooting and when they got there found a 20 year old man who said he was approached by this person he didn’t know who opened fire on him, and then ran from the area.
