A Muncie man is charged with shooting his stepson during a fight on Monday. Police say 53 year old John Gregory Hughes is charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and pointing a firearm in connection with the incident on the 1600 block of West Royale Drive. The victim is in his mid 20’s.
