People are turning out to vote in Delaware County for this primary election day, but not alot of them. According to staff quoted by the Star Press, as of 1 p.m. Tuesday, voter turnout for the county had reached only 6% The county reported voter turnout of 22.84% in the 2020 primary, while the 2018 primary had 18.15% turnout, according to county election records.
