The feds, in a pre sentencing document, say former Muncie Sanitary District administrator Nikki Grigsby, “received less than $3,000 in exchange for her decision to betray her position of public trust.” The Star Press reports Grigsby is set to be sentenced this week, in U.S. District Court in Indianapolis, after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
