Grigsby Gets A Year Behind Bars In Bid Rigging Case

One year behind bars for former Muncie Sanitary District administrator Nikki Grigsby for her part in a bid-rigging conspiracy. The Star Press reports the 47 year old pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud. Prosecutors had sought a two year sentence. She was also to pay the district more than $370,000 in restitution for money lost through the bid-rigging.
