Attorney Wants Client’s Murder Verdict Set Aside

An attorney for a Muncie man awaiting sentencing for killing his next-door neighbor has filed a motion for a mistrial. The Star Press reports a jury found 26 year old Chase Adams guilty in the murder of Rex Morrison, but his attorney is calling to have the verdict set aside over what he calls “juror misconduct during deliberations.”
