They’ve not exactly been swarming the pools for early voting so far in Delaware County for the May primary elections. The Munice paper reports 222 ballots had been cast as of Monday in the time since early voting started on April 5th. Officials point to the fact that it’s an off year election with no presidential race drawing voter attention.
