A day in court Monday for three Democratic precinct committee hopefuls, but it’s too late for them to appear on the primary election ballot. The Star Press reports a judge upheld her earlier decision to dismiss the case against the Delaware County Election Board from reform Democrats Heather Williams, Jayne Beilke and Molly K. Robertson who were removed from the ballot on grounds such as errors on election filing forms, address changes and lack of proof regarding past voting.
