An open house is planned Tuesday, April 19, at the Delaware County Justice Center for Guardian Advocates. According to the Muncie paper, the group works to protect, advocate for and provide guardianship services for seniors and adults with incapacities who are without families to care for them. The event is happening 4 to 6pm that day at 3100 S. Tillotson Ave.
