A tuned-down snow prediction but still, it’s not weather to mess around with. The National Weather Service is now calling for three to seven inches of snow in Delaware County withblowing and drifting snow to boot. The Muncie paper reports the Delaware County Emergency Operations Center has been saying that drifting snow is making the plowing of roads difficul quickly blowing the snow back across roads after plows go through.
