August 26th is the trial date set for a Muncie man charged with murder. The Muncie paper reports 32 year old Jason De’Ande Harris also faces counts of criminal confinement, unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, obstruction of justice and theft in the Feb. 7 slaying of Erik Sparks along the Cardinal Greenway.
