A Jay County commissioner has pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. The Muncie paper reports 52-year-old Brian McGalliard was arrested on the afternoon of Dec. 31 after another driver reported that the commissioner’s vehicle had been “all over the road” while traveling on Ind. 67. Police say McGalliard had red eyes and slurred speech when they got to him and his car in a driveway.
