A crash involving multiple vehicles last year at McGalliard Road and Tillotson Avenue leads to charges filed against an Indianapolis woman. The Muncie paper reports 30 year old Brianna Janelle Harris is charged with dealing in a controlled substance, possession of meth, neglect of a dependent, driving with a controlled substance in system and driving while intoxicated in connection with the May 2nd, 2021 crash.
