Animal cruelty counts face a Muncie man after a dozen dogs were seized from his southside home last July. 64-year-old Douglas J. Woodring had the dogs in a house in the 2100 block of East 19th Street. Animal Control had left numerous notices at the house about the poor conditions they found for the animals prior to Woodring being charged.
